Prince Of Wales Garden – Battersea

Prince of Wales Drive in Battersea is a 2.5 acre development for St William comprising 955 new homes in 11 distinctive pavilions with a cost of £760,000 – £2.7 million, ranging from 9 to 16 storeys, located around landscaped grounds and a public square.

Interior floor plans were produced for the main blocks, and separate penthouse plans were also produced.

The site plan illustration was created to help display the landscaped surroundings, while helping to emphasise the differing heights of the buildings.
