At the heart of the South Bank this new 50 storey, 170-metre high tower comprises 274 apartments and a 161 bedroom boutique hotel.

Described as a ‘sculpture in the sky’ by architect Ian Simpson of SimpsonHaugh, this unique building had to have each glass panel individually made for its precise position. From the top floor on a clear day your vista stretches some 28 miles.

2d floor plans were created to illustrate the layout of the apartments on several of the floors.
