Maple Quays at Canada Water, near Surrey Quays, London, is a Barratt Homes development.

The Montreal House building consisted of 126 private residencies and a selection of housing association apartments.

The floor plan illustrations presented a rare challenge in that every apartment features curved walls making each unit unique. A challenge for any property illustrator.
